About This Project
The project development comprises of a 40-storey high-rise office tower with a building height of 203.8m above ground level with eight basement levels at a depth of 30.90m below ground level. The eighth basement level only provides stair access to elevator pits. Ground floor level of the high-rise tower is connected to a mixed-use two-storey building with a building height up of 11.61m. A separate data Centre building will be constructed on the same site with a building height up of 23.00m.
